30-day guarantee

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items should be returned in resellable condition with all original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email support@serviceteam.work with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you return instructions.
3. Once we receive your item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
